South Bay 6 - Payment Plan

The payment plan for South Bay 6 has been especially designed to be extremely attractive and allows buyers to pay only 20% of the total price over two years post-handover, with a 5% down payment. During construction, 55% of the value is paid off in 5% instalments quarterly, which will continue up to project completion in June 2026. The remaining 20% is collected at handover, thus making a convenient and affordable financial obligation.
